Kari Hazer - Office Manager
Ms. Hazer has a BS in Management from the University of Mary and attended the University of North Dakota studying psychology and business. She has completed courses in Safety Administration, OSHA requirements, workman's compensation reporting requirements and Department of Labor regulations.
Ms Hazer has been employed by CS DuBois since March 2002 in the position of Office Manager. She supports all CS DuBois Construction field personnel and on site project offices with their contract administrative needs.
As Office Manager, Ms. Hazer works directly with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies maintaining records, contracts, statements and applications. She is responsible for reports, progress schedules, requests, proposals, submittals, communications, and permits required for each job. In addition to those responsibilities, Ms. Hazer processes all payroll and payroll reports required by each project, as well as executing several accounting and bookkeeping functions.
