Chad S. DuBois - President
Chad DuBois, President and owner of CS DuBois Construction, Inc., earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Valley City State University. He is a graduate of the US Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Certification Course and the OSHA 30 hour safety training course.
Chad DuBois gained his construction experience while growing up in a construction family. He learned the business from the bottom-up, working in every discipline of construction hands on, specifically working on the MAFB Housing Maintenance contract from 1990 10 1995.
After completing is business degree, Mr. DuBois applied his knowledge of the business side of construction, including payroll, scheduling, billing, estimating, and job costing at DuBois and Sons Masonry Inc. (DSMI). After three years as controller, Mr. DuBois started his own company, CS DuBois Construction Inc. in 1996.
Starting with subcontracts, Mr. DuBois grew his company to the point that he was competing as a prime contractor for government contracts. Today CS DuBois has over 100 employees in three states working with the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, General Services Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, and Western Area Power Administration.
